Finger Lakes Effect
Local gift ideas, snowy trail runs, and a packed week before Christmas
If your sense of time feels a little slippery right now, you’re not alone. The days are short, the lists are long, and the calendar is very full!
I’ll be out running in the snowy woods on Saturday thanks to the Syracuse Chargers (you’ll find that event below), and if my legs cooperate, I’m hoping to make it to Lucky Hare’s Christmas celebration at their Hector location. At the same time, there’s about a jillion other fun events going on. It’s one of those weeks where you have to make a few hard choices, or at least accept that you can’t do everything.
Start with the gift guide below, then scroll on for what’s happening around the region as we head into the final stretch before Christmas 🎄
🎁 HOLIDAY GIFT GUIDE 🎁

Whether it’s a stocking stuffer, a gift, or maybe something fun for yourself, you’ll find plenty of wonderful items made right here in the community. Check out the gift ideas here. |
