It’s a casual out-and-back walk along the Waterfront Trail. We’ll go from Stewart Park to the Farmers Market, hang out for 30–45 minutes, and make our way back on our own time.
🥾 TRAIL OF THE WEEK: Backbone Trail
After spending the weekend directing the Finger Lakes 50s trail races, the Backbone Trail was on my mind - check it out in Finger Lakes National Forest—a 6-mile loop where cows, wildflowers, and big-sky vistas keep things interesting without wearing out the legs.
